The CPD Infection Control Analyst is the central point of contact for all Infection Control Barrier issues including but not limited to application for ICRA and ILSM's, coordination with contractors and in house trade staff regarding installation of IC barriers, interaction with PM's from CPD and CPM regarding IC needs, ordering and maintaining IC equipment, ordering and keeping inventory of IC consumables, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related area, and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.
Experience and working knowledge of building and construction, design, construction contract administration and California Building Codes, including full understanding of industry practices.
Experience working in active hospitals.
Previous experience with the installation and maintenance of infection control barriers in an active acute care hospital.
Experience working with Infection control nurses.
Carpentry or construction knowledge.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
