The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for his/her assigned area. Assists with process improvement relevant to the functions of the department. Responsible for answering incoming calls to department, triage of department visitors, data entry, mail distribution, maintenance of department supplies, facilitation of communication, meeting set-up and calendar management. The Administrative Coordinator is key to providing customer service both to our inquiring patients and our leadership.

Experience/Specialized Skills: Minimum of three to five years experience. Strong customer service, clerical and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritizes workload, and interacts with the public. Knowledge of computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Required Education/Course(s)/Training: Graduation from high school. AA degree highly desirable. Minimum of three to five years experience in healthcare, preferably hospital environment preferred. Experienced computer user including word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems.
