A large reputable company located in the Otay Mesa area is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with its customers. The company is looking for candidates who has some call center experience.
Provide high quality customer service
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their needs and resolve issues
Follow up with clients through calls and emails
Verify all documents for accuracy
Enter orders and follow up on delivery times
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
--High School Diploma
--Minimum 6 months of experience working in a call center environment
--Experience handling customer issues
--Impeccable customer communication
--Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
--Type 35+ WPM
--Detail oriented and accurate
--Basic skill set in Microsoft Outlook
--Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
This position is temporary with opportunity for hire.
Otay Mesa Area
Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate $13.00/hour
